Trainer Ditanyon Demps draws upon dozens of forms of exercise— ranging from Pilates to power lifting—to create new exercise regimens for his clients daily. Before the first class, he consults with new students one-on-one for 30 minutes to set their goals. He then formulates a custom fitness and nutrition plan suited to said goals. He hosts morning and evening classes five days a week, with an additional early session on Saturday. See the schedule.

Tru Fit Bootcamp

Tru Fit Bootcamp’s owner Ditanyon Demps helps clients build strength and shed pounds through a simple strategy—he confuses muscles. When muscles adapt to a certain exercise, they burn fewer calories while completing it, making rote routines less effective over time. Instead of boring the muscles and their owners with repetitive workouts, he draws on nine disciplines of exercise to construct a new routine for his classes each day. He sets students into motion power lifting, stretching, and performing Pilates, among other exercise modalities, all while fostering a positive atmosphere focused on camaraderie. On any given day, students might work in teams to carry one another across a field in gurneys, or individually hop through hoops and swing kettlebells until they finally start ringing.

It's the best Bootcamp that I have tried and let's just say I have done my share of one month here and there. I'm on my 2nd week of the trial and I love it. The owner and the coaches are awesome. Such a fun experience and the workouts are fun but definitely not easy which is great..
