Master chocolatier Karen Neugebauer fell in love with chocolate when she began her training at the Art Institute of Seattle's Baking and Pastry program. As a student, she began crafting some of the finest traditional and modern confections in Seattle which led to her opening Forte Artisan Chocolates over 10 years ago. Today, she invites guests to celebrate life through chocolate by offering a wealth of treats ranging from handcrafted truffles to dipped caramels. Forte Chocolates also shares the obsession of chocolate through their class series where visitors can learn to work with and temper chocolate or just taste everything Forte Chocolates has to offer.
