Folks tend to feel at home when they're dining at Trufflehunter. This could have something to do with the dining rooms, which are sprinkled among the various living rooms and dens of a cozy house. Guests can even dine in the backyard patio, where wrought-iron furniture perches directly atop a wide, sun-dappled lawn. But if you ask an experienced Trufflehunter diner, they'll tell you: the homey atmosphere comes from the food. Every dish is made to order, assembled lovingly with classic recipes and fresh ingredients.
Along with breakfasts, such as biscuits and gravy, the kitchen has hot and cold sandwiches, burgers, and salads on offer. Dinner entrees include bacon-wrapped tenderloin steak and chicken madeira. With such a wide variety, it's hard to narrow down a favorite, but chefs estimate that their garlic fries, hungarian mushroom soup, tahitian chicken salad, and yankee pot roast are the most popular dishes.
