About Trunnells Family Farm Market
Featuring fresh local fruits, produce, dairy, and country ham, Trunnell's Family Fun-Acre & Farm Market offers agricultural entertainment to families and friends in western Kentucky and southern Indiana. Around harvest-time, Trunnell's bustles with more than 30 attractions, including a corn maze, wagon rides, and a pumpkin patch that allows visitors to choose their own, and the farm is also the host of a hands-on educational farm tour beginning in the spring. Families can spend a whole day exploring the farm, thanks to its Family Fun Acre. Read on to learn about a few of the spot's attractions.
- Get lost in mazes: Each fall, the farm designs a new corn maze that spans 4 acres. Although the giant corn maze welcomes guests of all ages, there's also a mini corn maze for youngsters. In addition to these seasonal offerings, a rope maze is open year-round.
- Make some animal friends: What's a farm without animals? Trunnell's Family Farm Market is home to several chickens, ducks, goats, pigs, and rabbits, and even a baby calf. Visitors can meet and pet these adorable animals at the barnyard, and they even have a chance to ride around the farm on one of its horses.
- Explore plenty of play places: The world may not be a playground, but a large part of the Family Fun Acre is. Kids can play in the Korny Korn Crib, a corn-kernel-filled version of a sand pit, jump around on the giant bounce pillow, and crawl their way across a 20' wide rope spider web.
