About Tualatin Estate Vineyards

Tualatin, in the tongue of the indigenous peoples who named the river, means "gentle and easy flowing." As apt as the name is for the waterway, it also suits the wines produced at Tualatin Estate Vineyards. Founded in 1973 by Oregon wine industry pioneer, Bill Fuller, today the vineyard occupies more than 145 acres, fully planted with vines that produce award-winning wines. While soil nourishes gewürztraminer, muscat, pinot blanc vines, more than 65 acres of it belongs to Willamette Valley Vineyards Pinot Noir alone. The winemakers cultivate seven different French clones of the grape, bottling a variety of subtly different wines that share common soil and ancestry.

Wonderful experience! We called ahead to ask about parking since we were pulling an RV on our way to Tillamook. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and said we were fine to park in the meadow and we were also able to bring our little dogs and sit outside. They were very gracious and explained all of the wines and the backstory behind each. The wine was excellent! We will definitely be back

Bought two Groupons - one for two people and one for four people. Winery was very accommodating and we had a great time enjoying the four varietal tasting sitting outside while our grandkids played. Love that they allow you to bring your own food. Such a nice casual experience especially for those who might feel intimidated. Beautiful scenery!!! Highly recommend!!
