About Tucanos Brazilian Grill

Brazil's churracso tradition originated in the southern grasslands, where gaúchos—similar to cowboys—butchered beef on the range and barbecued it over open flames. Today, churrascarias, or steakhouses, like Tucanos Brazilian Grill carry on that heritage by cooking a wide variety of cuts on skewers, providing an all-you-can-eat bounty for diners.

How does it work?

Each person receives a Tucanos cue. If they leave the green side facing upward, that signals to servers that they'd like more selections brought to the table. Servers whisk skewers of top sirloin, Brazilian sausage, pork loin, or sweet and spicy chicken thighs to them, slicing slivers of their choices straight onto the plate. When guests are ready for a break from entrees, they simply turn the cue so that the red side is on top.

What if you're hungry for other foods?

Head to the Salad Festival, a serve-yourself bar filled with a colorful array of hot and cold items. Prepared fresh daily, it's also constantly replenished with seasonal fruits, salads, and shrimp cocktail. Traditional sides include seasoned rice, stroganoff, and feijoada black-bean stew. Once diners have had their fill of savory dishes, they can activate their sweet tooth with blended fruit drinks and desserts like Brazilian-style flan.
