Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

Groupon prices for 3M Color Stable, Ceramic, and Crystalline please.

Mike M.  asked on  May 23, 2012

A:

You just subtract the $139 Groupon voucher value from the published package price. FYI, our Crystalline is on sale for summer for $399 (down from $499) and you CAN combine the deals! That's $180 off of the base package price!

Q:

will there be an extra charge for removing any old film?

shane k.  asked on  May 23, 2012

A:

Yes, per the Groupon the Removal charge for the entire vehicle is $50. Partial removals will be quoted at time of service. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE FILM YOURSELF. It is WAY harder to remove the adhesive from the glass if the top layer is pulled off (This is what most people do and consider it "Removed, at this point there will be additional charges. Please call with further clarification. Thanks!

Q:

i see the expiration is may 29th, 2012, does that mean i have to use the groupon by the 29th or have my car scheduled by the 29th? i plan on going out of town for the holiday weekend....just checking before i buy

Chris M.  asked on  May 24, 2012

A:

I got this one 10+ times on the phone today, I'm glad someone FINALLY asked it here so I can make it a FAQ! The Groupon expires May 29th of next year (2013). As long as it is purchased by the time the timer runs out, you have 1 year to use it. Good question!

Q:

I have T-Tops on my Camaro. Do I have to get an upgrade to have the T-Tops done with the windows?

Jesus C.  asked on  May 23, 2012

A:

Yes, you would have to upgrade, and we only do T-Tops and sunroofs in our Crystalline70 film because it is really light yet rejects tons of heat. If you put a really dark film on these pieces of glass, they can break! The price is $60 per sunroof (or $120 for T-Tops)

Q:

I have 2 vehicles (an SUV and a Sedan). Not sure which vehicle I would like to try treat first. If I were to purchase the SUV Groupon but decide to use the it on the Sedan, would I be able to get the full value ($169) towards an upgrade service on the Sedan (like the Ceramic or Crystalline tint)?

Shanker I.  asked on  May 23, 2012

A:

Unfortunately, you cannot. Any upgrades MUST be paid at full price. I suggest you buy BOTH packages and save yourself a ton of money in the long run. Thanks for the Question!

Q:

marvin e.  asked on  May 23, 2012

A:

Justin E.  from  Merchant  replied on  May 23, 2012

Q:

I am looking at the upgrade options, but I do not see the SUV prices on your site. I understand that the SUV Groupon is worth $169 towards service. Can you please confirm what the SUV prices are for the upgraded options? Thanks.

Christopher W.  asked on  May 23, 2012

A:

The VANS/SUV's are $30 more than the listed prices on the website. So just add the $30 and that's the retail price of the package. Now subtract the Groupon value and you have what you will pay at time of service. Example: Web listed price of 3M Color Stable is $239, Oversize vehicles are $30 more. So if you walked in and purchased the package over the counter it would be $269. Subtract the Groupon value of $169 and you pay the difference at time of service ($100). Don't hesitate to call with any other questions!
