The Drop a Dress Size in 21 Days program's intensive workout regimen and strict meal plan work in tandem to help participants throw away their clothes in favor of smaller clothes or even large doll clothes after three weeks of meeting three times per week. The class size is capped at 30 participants, which is small enough for individual attention.
