Is there an age limit when this treatment should be done or is effective. Would this work on someone in their 30's? Also, what about after treatment, would the person need retainers? How much do the retainers cost? Do the retainers need to be replaced or is it just one time. Thank you.

Thanks for your interest! Adults can benefit from Invisalign. During your first appointment, they will determine if you're a candidate, and all non-candidates will be refunded. Post-treatment retainers are required and are not included in the cost of the Groupon. To learn more about Invisalign, I suggest clicking here to check out the FAQ. You are also welcome to call Tufts Dental Associates at (617) 636-6678 to discuss retainer pricing.

Can we use an IRS pre-tax Benefit Plan to pay for this? It's all on a Master Card - we just pay using the pre-paid Master Card.
