Definitely would keep coming, the classes are small which is great because I don't have a lot of experience with yoga, and the teachers are extremely helpful when going into a pose.

Great space with excellent teachers. A hidden gem in Berks County, particularly if you are an Ashtanga practitioner.

Under the direction of Sue Siegrist, classes are designed to be welcoming to all levels of fitness—there's even a handy FAQ section online for newbies. That means that every student will feel comfortable as they practice downward dog, crow pose, and the ever difficult trying-not-to-nap-during-savasana.
