Tulsa Fit Body Boot Camp enlists a diverse array of dynamic exercises to blast calories, sculpt muscles, and hasten female fitness-seekers’ progress in their quest for a healthy lifestyle. Trainers keep participants on their toes throughout the sessions—which never exceed one hour in length—with an ever-changing regimen of exercises that incorporate resistance-supplying suspension ropes, core training, and light alligator wrestling to keep trainees from growing tired of their workout routine. Bodies slowly grow in beauty and power as they purposefully stretch, squat, and lift on Fit Body’s triple-bonded foam flooring, which is designed to ease the stress on joints during high-impact exercises. Fit Body Boot Camp

Founder Stephanie Flynn's passion for fitness and self-empowerment helped her to become the Bill Phillips Transformation champion in 2009, and she now channels that determination to help others to get fit.
