Choose Between Two Options

The 35-minute boot-camp sessions combine suspension ropes and core training with stretching, squatting, and lifting, all completed in high-intensity rotations for maximum fat burn. The cardio aspect of the workout was way more difficult than I expected, but the sense of accomplishment and the fact I can already tell it is effective, left me wanting to come back for more. Can't wait for the second class and to be strong enough to handle it better! It's going to be a good 6 weeks! :)
