I broke both of my feet several years ago and have reoccurring injuries to my feet/ankles if I try to run or use impact exercise. My dr. has said I have to use low impact exercise for my feet. How much impact to my feet would this program entail?

Most of our workouts are very high impact with footwork and most workouts include cardio. I don't think that this would be the type of exercise that would be best for you. You should try some yoga or pilates that has minimal impact but are both still really great workouts.
