The women-only boot-camp sessions focus on a combination of cardio and strength training while including elements such as balance, agility and flexibility, all accomplished with a variety of equipment from free weighs to battling ropes and TRX suspension straps. Boot-camp sessions are held throughout the day–six days per week, with each session only 35 minutes long–and their high-intensity interval training creates a maximum fat burn.This Groupon includes an initial evaluation where clients will have their measurements taken, establish goals, and evaluate their nutrition, and receive unlimited boot-camp and yoga classes.
Tulsa Fit Body Boot Camp
Founder Stephanie Flynn’s passion for fitness and self-empowerment helped her to become the Bill Phillips Transformation champion in 2009, and she now channels that determination to help others to get fit. Focused on encouraging women held back by low self-esteem, Fit Body’s instructors motivate clients through cardio and resistance training while sharing healthy-eating principles to launch a two-pronged assault on fat. Supplemented by accountability and peer support, the programs strive to burn calories in a short time period without forcing clients into starvation diets or extreme workouts such as gator wrestling.
