What You'll Get
Yoga is unique in that it is the only medieval physical-fitness art that does not involve firing crossbows at a Grendel. Bend and stretch bloodlessly with today's Groupon: for $45, you get one month of unlimited yoga classes (a $125 value) at The Yoga Room on 34th Street and South Peoria Avenue.
The Yoga Room’s soothing 2,600-square-foot stretchiness abode offers more than 20 types of classes and provides equipment when necessary. Take a relaxed approach to vinyasa and postures with a gentle flow class, or build flexibility and mold muscles during a dynamic power yoga session. Pranayama, meditation instruction, restorative, ashtanga, and non-traditional rock 'n' roll yogas fluidly rotate through postures that help bodies tone their cores, melt stress, and acquire crystal-clear AM radio signals. Click here to see the schedule; once you activate your Groupon, you have 30 days to go from celery to spinach by maximizing the 30+ classes offered every week.
The Yoga Room’s classes are led by knowledgeable instructors who provide calming energy and motivation by forsaking high fives in favor of foot fives. Additionally, an on-site boutique stocks fashionable and functional yoga gear and accessories that won’t tear during deft maneuvers, unlike the space-time barrier or an over-starched prom tuxedo. Stash away daily stress while seizing strong and stretchy silhouettes with today's Groupon to The Yoga Room.
