The founders of Tumbleroot Brewery and Distillery, Jason Fitzpatrick and Jason Kirkman, have always had a clear vision of their business as a unique, multifaceted production space and taproom. Today, Tumbleroot is also a important community hub. What's more, all the brewery and distillery's products are made from scratch, using seasonal organic ingredients.
Tumbleroot offers a rotating draft beer list featuring brews that reflect the changing character of the high desert through the four seasons. The list usually includes an IPA, wheat, red ale, lager, pilsner, stout, and porter.
This versatile distillery produces vodka, a variety of rums, whiskies, gins, and agave spirits. All the spirits are made from scratch with wild-harvested, organic ingredients as well as herbs and botanicals. Before distillation, Tumbleroot whiskies, vodkas, and gins begin their lives as beers in the brewhouse, which makes these spirits unique.
