What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
With many firms not providing a transparent fee structure, we wanted to change the industry for the better. We wanted all of our clients to get the service they have been accustomed to receiving but at a fractions of the cost. We also wanted to deliver this experience in a revolutionary way.
What do you love most about your job?
We love bringing a new experience who’s value-added service is second to none. Clients receive a personal financial advisor that will be with them throughout the entire planning process. This allows the clients to regain confidence and also helps to reassure them of their plan and commitments.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Our feedback usually involves a handful of key words: new experience, eye opening, low-cost, and convenient. Even “do-it-yourselfers” have begun to utilize our services because at the end of the day our total cost is cheaper than what they can do themselves—and they receive professional guidance.
