Cancellation Policy: Changes to bookings can generally be made up to 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours, a $25 fee will be applied.
Late/No-Show Policy: If a customer arrives late, the appointment may be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. If you do not show up to your appointment without prior notice, a $25 fee will be applied and no refund will be issued.

If you are ineligible, a refund will be provided. Numbing cream is not included and will be charged before treatment. Avoid before treatment: Avoid sun exposure for at least Two weeks. Skin irritation - waxing, bleaching, tweezing or Depilatory creams should be avoided. Blood thinner like Aspirin, Motrin, Celebrex and Ibuprofen 7 days before treatment. Avoid Vitamin-E Products. Avoid alcohol before and two three days before or after treatment. Avoid Retinol 7 days before treatment. Avoid Vitamin-C Products. Post care instruction: Avoid sun exposure for two weeks after treatment and use sun protection SPF 30 O Higher.
