I liked the atmosphere and the food. I didn't care for the waiting staff to tell us to tip on the amount prior to the groupon discount. This is not the first time this has happened to us. Groupon does a really good job communicating this to Groupon buyers and being told this while eating dinner was offputting and also came across as somewhat dictorial. We left a good tip on the whole amount, as we would have done, even if not reminded. I think Groupon should demand the retailers refrain from this practice, especially in middle to upper priced places. If this continues to happen, I may stop buying restaurant groupons and/or start complaining directly to the restaurant management.
  • Fresh, local ingredients
  • Elegant presentation

Pioneering Italians were not only the first to put tomatoes in cuisine, they were also the first people to take photographs of themselves pretending to hold up the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Delight in their inventiveness with today's Groupon to Tutto Pronto Ristorante in North Toronto. Choose between the following options:

  • For $25, you get $50 worth of Italian dinner fare and drinks.
  • For $15, you get $30 worth of Italian lunch fare and drinks.

Combining fresh, local ingredients with traditional Sicilian recipes, Tutto Pronto Ristorante champions Italy's contributions to the culinary stage with midday and evening concoctions. Dedicate a triumphal arch to cutlery's victory over starters such as fresh wild-mushroom-and-goat-cheese bruschetta ($10) and a roasted-beet salad featuring blue cheese and pumpkin seeds ($13). Fettuccine al bosco ensnares wild mushrooms, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes in its olive-oil-kissed noodles, threatening to hold them for a king's ransom ($15). Tutto Pronto also dusts plates with such classics as chicken or veal parmigiana ($19), as well as pizzas, including the tutto funghi, topped with brie, a trio of roasted mushrooms, and basil oil ($16).

The lunch menu flits between morning and evening hours like a caffeinated cherub with savoury courses such as the three-egg frittata ($13) and a variety of paninis, including a steak sandwich peppered with caramelized onions and swiss cheese ($14).
