Due to Covid: BIG BUS co. Is running the tours. They accept this groupon; however, the ferry is NOT operating & on no website nor anywhere can you find that cancellation info. Make sure you get headphones, for the seated plug in auto audible tour. We were not informed of this and had no info for the first 1/3rd of the tour. The routes are a bit different & there are less hop on/ off sites.

Waited for a long time to get on the bus! The tour guide was joking around all the time and not very serious about her job.

It was a lovely experience. They were able to help us out to get the instructions for the cruise. I bought 6 tickets for all my family to enjoy this trip, however, one member of my fam. was not feeling well and could not make it to the tour and cruise. Can I get reimbursed the $39.00 I paid. Please let me know if this is possible. If so can you please put it back on my credit card. Thank you so much.

Pretty good tours, but a loooot of waiting. The bus part was good, but almost useless if you can't get on top, which happened for us for the second half of the loop (but we just wanted on after waiting 45 minutes for a bus with any room). Also expect to wait a long time for the ferry. Speaking of the ferry, the speakers are pretty bad, so it's hard to get a spot where you can see and hear.

The tour itself was good but the check in was not. They did not know how to deal with my groupon which took a long time to redeem. Secondly, part of the reason for purchasing was the Twilight ferry and when we got there they said they do not do that at this time :(( The hop-in-off ferry we got instead took forever and they were backed up which made us wait for 1.5 hrs in line and at the end we decided not to wait any longer as we were loosing time. So we did not do the ferry at all!

About CitySights NY

CitySights NY lets visitors and residents alike see the city from a thousand different angles. There are boat tours, on yachts and clippers alike, which might include a leisurely dinner as the sun sets or a lap around the Statue of Liberty. Helicopter tours buzz around the famous statue as well, or over Manhattan. For those looking to experience the city from inside a theater, trips to Broadway offer a glimpse into New York's dramatic legacy. There are also walking tours for those who like to keep a more leisurely pace or try to pet every dog in the city.

The company's double-decker tour buses, though, whisk visitors around the Big Apple, making stops at the city's top attractions, including Times Square, the One World Observatory, SoHo, and Chinatown. Along the way, guides narrate the tour, adding details about the city's rich history and pointing out which pigeons are friendly. Each passenger seat comes with its own speaker to ensure that you don't miss a thing. Most tours are hop-on/hop-off, meaning you can take as much time as you want at sites such as the Museum of Modern Art and the Central Park Zoo before catching another bus later in the day.
