Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

How many implants does this offer include? Does it include crowns and final procedure? Maybe you could tell me what it doesn't include.? Thanks. Judy

Judith A.  asked on  Sep 14, 2013

A:

Hi Judy! The deal includes the implant, abutment, bone graft if needed, the crown and all the appointments that would go into the procedure (typically 3 including the consult.) We would not charge you for an office visit for a follow up if we felt you needed one or had questions. The deal is good for one implant. We have had patients come in and needed more then one implant and we have worked out similar discounts for the teeth in addition to the Groupon that was purchased. We highly encourage you to book an appointment to go over treatment plan, financial options. Thanks for the question, Judy! Is there anything else I can help answer? We look forward to seeing you in the clinic! Jacky Peterson

Q:

Would you submit a Delta Dental Insurance claim for full $4890.?

Din D.  asked on  Sep 14, 2013

A:

Hi Din! We would submit the claim for $4,890. This would help ensure you're getting the highest allowable amount paid for by your insurance. We would then apply the $2000 off of the patients portion. Please let me know if this answers your question. Great question! Is there anything else I can help answer? The next step is to schedule a consultation, www.twincitiesdental.com We look forward to seeing you in the clinic! Jacky Peterson

Q:

I have $1400 left in my FSA, can you help me file with my insurance to tap this account?

Jennifer D.  asked on  Sep 16, 2013

A:

Hi Jennifer, We work with people all the time to maximize their insurance benefits and utilize their FSA account. We are happy to use both of these avenues to minimize your out of pocket expense. The Groupon can be used in conjunction with both, the insurance and FSAs. We would love to have you in the clinic to discuss treatment options and financial arrangements. Give us a call to schedule something and we can sit down with you and you can meet the Doctor and Staff. Great questions, Jennifer! Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with. what is the end price of the service

JiM C.  asked on  Sep 16, 2013

Hi Jim, This question would depend on if a patient has insurance. If you are not using insurance, the entire process would be about $2890. This includes, consult, xrays, exams, implant, crown, grafting if needed, and appointments. We would love to have you in the clinic to discuss treatment options and financial arrangements. Give us a call to schedule something and we can sit down with you and you can meet the Doctor and Staff. Great questions, Jim! Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with. Q:

Is this package for one tooth or more than one? My husband is missing bottom three front teeth.

Lisa W.  asked on  Sep 18, 2013

A:

Hi Lisa, The cost is for one tooth and includes all appointments, complete doctor's exam, x-rays, consult, grafting if needed, the implant and crown. We typically have price-cuts for patients who need multiple teeth done. The best option is to set a free consult with the Doctor and Staff to go over everything so you know what your options are. Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with. We look forward to visiting with you and your husband! Call us to schedule. Jacky Peterson www.twincitiesdental.com

Q:

The complete package is $4,839. Is this per tooth or per mouth?

Jon M.  asked on  Sep 15, 2013

A:

Hi Jon, The complete package for $2000 off the $4839 is good for one all-inclusive tooth implant, not the entire mouth. We do have extended price breaks for patients looking to get multiple teeth implants, however. We would love to have you in the clinic to discuss treatment options and financial arrangements. Give us a call to schedule something and we can sit down with you and you can meet the Doctor and Staff. Great questions, Jon! Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with. Q:

Explain this more thoroughly. Is this for ONE tooth or multiple teeth? You buy the package and you pay 99$ but will still have to pay an additional $2400 (or so?)?

Laurie R.  asked on  Sep 14, 2013

A:

Hi Laurie, You are purchasing (paying Groupon $99) a voucher that is good for $2000 off ONE all inclusive dental implant. This is good for one tooth. In a case where a patient needs more then one implant, we work out a price in the clinic that is similar to the groupon deal. We have several patients that need more then one implant. The patient would still be responsible to pay the full amount (-) the $2000. So, yes the $2400 or so. We would love to have you in the clinic to discuss treatment options and financial arrangements. Give us a call to schedule something and we can sit down with you and you can meet the Doctor and Staff. Great questions, Laurie! Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.
