THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
THEY SERVICED MY RENTAL PROPERTY.
BUT I HAD TO EVICT MY RENTER FIRST,
AND THAT TOOK 3 MONTHS PAST THE EXPIRATION DATE OF MY VOUCHER.
NO PROBLEM.
THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING.
MY FURNACE WAS FILTHY BECAUSE THE RENTER RAN IT WITHOUT A FILTER.
AND THEN THE PILOT LIGHT WOULD NOT STAY LIT,
AND THEY FIXED THAT TOO.
