Our classes are conducted in a big gym, on a mat; it gives us the freedom to be creative with every workout. We also have the luxury to utilize heavy bags. Also classes are unlimited.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We never conduct the same routine two days in a row. We are constantly striving to keep new and creative workouts to challenge your body, and keep it fun.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love inspiring and helping individuals improve their lifestyle and health.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing individuals do things they never thought was possible; and seeing them reach fitness goals they never thought they would reach.
