Twisted Cobra Yoga & Wellness is not your traditional yoga studio. Our classes are suitable for everyone, and many are specifically targeted to people who have never done yoga before—or even considered it. Modifications can be given for all ability levels, and we will do our best to accommodate your body—not just instruct a class.

Yoga is for every body. It can work as a therapeutic add-on treatment for virtually any illness or injury. It can also enhance your performance in all areas of your life.

What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
A typical session will include a short welcoming session and warm-up. This will be followed by yoga postures selected for the clients who are present with modifications and alignment cues given. Classes always conclude with Savasana (a relaxation exercise), which will allow your body to integrate all the goodness it has just received.
