Group Fitness Classes: I will be hosting 30-minute HIIT classes that I know will help build lean muscle and lose belly fat. My program is designed for working people and busy parents that feel like that just don’t have the time to put into themselves. My goal is to help you. Classes are $10 per person and will help you burn calories all day, even after you walk out of the gym.
One on One Training: Individualized training is 60 minutes. I will create a personalized fitness program to help you meet your goals. One on one sessions are $40 each but discounts are available depending on how many sessions you have a week.

Welcome to 2020! This is the year you work on yourself! But you don’t have time to do the research to build a program that will help you lose weight and build that lean muscle that will have you looking and feeling the best you ever have. And that’s ok. Let me do it for you! My name is Jordan and I am a personal fitness instructor. I’ve spent years helping people, not just to lose wight but also to become healthy as a whole person. Mind, body, and spirit. Don’t let the things that keep you busy slow you down!
