I had rosemary chicken pappardelle. Was supposed to have asparagus in it and did not... Would suggest a squeeze of lemon over it before tossing pasta with sauce. However, it was very good as it was. The lemon would just brighten it up. Cannot wait to go back and have dessert and breakfast. Sure do wish the breakfast menu had been available for dinner. Maybe make a breakfast item a special one or two days a week. Then let me know what days! Lol. I live in Lorain county.

What You'll Get

A diner's oversize booths and oversize pies have long been a beacon of hope for teens dumped after prom and frowny clowns looking for new novelty-size props. Take refuge in the crispy crust of an old-fashioned eatery with today's Groupon: for $10, you get $20 worth of American cuisine at Two Dads' Diner in Lakewood.

Two Dads' Diner relies on fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible to put a healthy spin on homestyle comfort fare. Classic diner eats and updated dishes fill the menu from beer-battered onions rings with a homemade dipping sauce ($3.25) to corned beef, sauerkraut, and thousand island–stuffed irish eggrolls ($4.75). Fuel up for the day with savory biscuits and sausage gravy ($4.25) or vanilla cinnamon-battered french toast ($3.75), which offers a sweet early-morning surprise, like finding a basket of kittens nestled in your bed. A half-pound burger can be slathered with one of six melted cheeses and extra toppings such as mushroom or chili ($5.95+), and the tender chicken paprikash punches up palates with a chive spaetzle ($8.95). Vegetarian dishes such as a portabella sandwich ($7.25) cater to those who prefer their meat meat-less, and homemade desserts and frosty milkshakes ($1.95) positively reinforce a body’s craving for sweets. Patrons can savor each mouthful within Two Dads' Diner's cozy interior peppered with fabric-covered booths, muted green walls, and dressed-down water glasses.
