Q:

I have 2 dark spots about half penny size on both sides of my eyes. How can these spots be removed?

Kei b.  asked on  Mar 17, 2013

A:

Hello Kei, I would need to see the dark spots around the eye region to determine why you have those brown spots, if it is sun spots and we can safely access this area, then this procedure should be able to remove them. However, without actually seeing this area, I am unable to give you an answer to your question. You may book a complementary consultation with me if you wish for me to look at this area prior to purchasing this special. Carol

Q:

I know this says "full face" does that include the neck, and if not, how much more would that be for it to be included?

Sarah T.  asked on  Mar 12, 2013

A:

The neck is not included. Click here for their regular pricing information. Please also give them a call at (972) 943-8633 to see how this would work with the Groupon.

Q:

What is the brand name of your CO2 laser and how old is it? My girlfriend just paid a ridulous price for a Sym or syndrom 5 something like that and it was 11years old. It looked old and painful. I have heard The Matrix is one of the better ones on the market. I beleive lasers have come along way in the last 11 to 12 years.

Paula G.  asked on  Mar 12, 2013

A:

Hello Paula, the brand of the CO2 laser is the Smartxide CO2 laser which this particular machine that we purchased was made in December 2012. By industry standards, it the best CO2 laser by independent study for skin resurfacing. Please let me know if you have any further questions. You can go the the web site at www.dottherapy.com to see before and after pictures of the results you will see as well as obtaining further information about this fabulous machine.

Q:

I have enlarged pores on my nose and cheeks. Will the laser treatment have any affect in reducing the size and appearance of those pores?

Mary C.  asked on  Mar 11, 2013

A:

Good morning Mary. The CO2 resurfacing procedure will help with the texture of the skin as well as increasing collagen formation within the skin. Large pores are due to several factors and thus all must be addressed to decrease the pore size. With proper skin care combined with resurfacing treatments will reduce the size and appearance of the pores. We offer complementary skin care consultations at our spa and will be more than happy to sit down with you and discuss a customized plan to help you achieve your skin care goals.
