What You'll Get
Maintaining discipline over your muscles leads to increased strength and coordination and the ability to hail a cab with just your pinky toe. Fine-tune your body with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $14 for two weeks of unlimited kickboxing classes (a $59.50 value)
- $28 for one month of unlimited kickboxing classes (a $119 value)
- $39 for one month of unlimited martial-arts classes (a $159 value)
Kickboxing classes combine the music and energy of aerobics with the kicks, punches, and soul-shaking yelps of martial arts. Martial-arts classes aid cardiovascular conditioning with strength training while using self-defense skills as a foundation for each workout. The gym closes Friday and Sunday, so students should consult the online schedule for specific class times. Babysitting services are available; all children must be potty trained ($3 not included in this Groupon).

About U.S. Elite Martial Arts Center
Any martial-arts education involves hard knocks and tough falls, but U.S. Elite Martial Arts & Fitness Center cushions the blows with its 4,000 square feet of matted floors. Atop them, trainees exchange blows in boxing and muay thai kickboxing classes. Brazilian jujitsu, wrestling, and judo fighters perform takedowns as elegant as they are brutal, following up with holds and joint locks that immobilize an opponent’s body. The center also trains children in self-defense, tying their lessons into school to raise grades and impart nonviolent antibullying techniques, such as calling a playground summit.
