Q:

The advertisement says lifetime access but it also mentions an expiration date (Expires 120 days after purchase). Would you elaborate on this?. Thanks.

A:

As stated in the fine print, you must activate your Groupon by the expiration date listed on your Groupon.

A:

The fine print simply states "Expires 120 days after purchase." You state that the expiration applies to the activation. My question is asking how does lifetime access fit into this? You can't have lifetime access with an expiration date. Hence the request to elaborate on what is meant by lifetime access and what exactly expires.

Q:

After I buy the Groupon, how do I use it to start taking the on-line classes? After all, Udemy is an on-line academy. I can't walk into their store with my printed-out voucher. - Paul

Paul B.  asked on  Jun 20, 2013

A:

Hi Paul, once you purchase the Groupon, there are step-by-step instructions that will walk you through the redemption process. In summary, you will receive a redemption code. You will log onto Udemy.com, go to the Learn to Code in 2013 landing page, and input your coupon code when you enroll in the course. Upon enrolling, you will gain lifetime access to all of the course content.

Q:

Is this something that a person with absolutely NO knowledge of computing can use?

Jeanne G.  asked on  Jun 18, 2013

A:

Hi Jeanne, This course will covers a lot of basics but you should probably have a good working knowledge on how to use text editors, change files, and do basic things on your computer.
