About Unidentified Flying Chicken - Hell's Kitchen
Unidentified Flying Chicken originated in Jackson Heights, New York in 2007, and was piloted by Korean-American restaurateur, Young Jin. This "friendly little chicken joint" was featured in New York Times and won a 5-star rating from New York Magazine. Moreover, The New York Post described the restaurant as a "seriously excellent Korean fried chicken".
The skilled staff at Unidentified Flying Chicken - Hell's Kitchen uses only the traditional Korean recipes and serves natural and organic, Korean-style fried chicken with no trans fats or heat lamps. Guests who are not familiar with the Korean-style chicken will quickly recognize its extra crispy texture. The dish is double-fried, which makes it crunchy, delicate, and less greasy. All the delectable sauces are homemade and cooked in-house.
Craft beer enthusiasts can also find something for themselves at Unidentified Flying Chicken - Hell's Kitchen. The restaurant serves the highest-rated, locally-sourced, domestic, and international craft beer in bottles and on draft; guests can even pour their own craft beer. Korean soju and wine are on the menu as well.
