Are there any conditions associated with the $100 restaurant gift card. When I looked at the restaurant.com website, it had listed different smaller denominations of gift certificates..$10,$15, $25. Would I be receiving a $100 restaurant gift certificate that can be applied to one restaurant or can I only get the smaller denominations? Also, what are the additional fees that are associated with the movie cash?
