Do you have to redeem the FTD credit by ordering something through FTD.com or can you strictly use the $100 food voucher and the movie tickets and discard the flower offer?

Q:

Will the $100 restaurant.com gift certificate cover the full cost of the meal? I see minimum purchase requirements for the certificates that are about 150% of the value of the certificate. I am unlikely to run up a $150 tab. Also, does it cover drinks or just food?
