Why does the fine print say "extra $20 fee for interior option." - Does that mean if you want more done to the interior. It makes it seem like an exterior cleaning...I see above you did say it is just the interior cleaning. I assume this is the one your site lists it as: "Complete Interior $59 - $119 Your auto interior is first air purged and vacuumed to remove dust and dirt and other debris from your cars interior including floor boards and hard to access cracks and crevices. Leather and vinyl parts along with trim are treated and detailed so they look like new and dash board, door panel, consoles, and pockets are given special attention. We then pre-spot interior upholstery and carpet and shampoo them by hand and then deep cleaned with a heated extractor to remove the stale odors, grime and along with ground-in dirt. The auto interior cleaning products we use are contain balanced pH and optical brighteners. We also clean both exterior and interior mirrors, windows plus gauges are detailed. Your can choose from several fragrances. Add an additional $20-$30 for Fabric Protection."

Hi, Christine. There is a $20 fee for the interior option for all vans, SUVs and trucks, as they are more time consuming. Thanks for writing.
