Q:

Jesse, Another question on the AR15 Tac class. My other buy would be for a person that owns an AR15 chambered for a .45 cal. I know its not preferred, but would he still be able to take the class? Thanks, --Jonathan Pace

Jonathan M.  asked on  Dec 7, 2012

A:

Absolutley, And Sub Gun or Tactical Platform is fine. Even an AK 47 or variant. As long as the weapons shoots out od a Rifle type platform and has a droppable magazine which holds 20 or more is fine. Please bring that, I want to purchase it from you! LOL

Q:

Jesse, How far out are you scheduling the AR15 Tac courses are you offering? Can you give a few more specifics on the skills learned? I'm looking to buy two but would have to schedule with an out-of-stater. I took your concealed class and it was awesome. Thanks! --Jonathan Pace

A:

Sure Mr Pace, We have a Basic Rifle Tac Course once every other month. We would offer them once a month or more, but not many people sign up for them. Currently I have My Last Tac Rifle class scheduled out to May and will be adding classes as every month as needed to meet demands. Go to our "Book Now" on www.umbrellatactics.com, go to the Contact us page and click on the "BOOK NOW". Follow the Prompts for the class desired to find out available dates. You dont have to be signed up through GROUPON to review course availability. Hope to see you soon!

Q:

I have a walther pp in 9mm kurtz (.380) is this considered a pocket pistol or could I use it in your course?

William B.  asked on  Dec 6, 2012

A:

380's tend to be a little too small. If you think you could perform Malfunction drills and Combat Reloads (Thats a mag change done quickly) than by all means, bring it. If you think it would be too small to perform these drills, which I do, Then I recommend NO. Some people can, but they are VERY adapt at small arms. I will leave it to you. If you find that you are unable to perform the drills and slow down the momentum of the class, it will keep you from learning much of what is needed. Thanks UTI
