Set to stimulating music, each of the studio's group fitness classes beckons fitness seekers to aim for excellence in body and mind by hitting target pads, perform full-body exercises, and hogtie dumbbells to potentially burn up to 800 calories per hour. The classes are designed for participants of all skill levels based on Conditioning, Strengthening, and Building. As exercisers master each new skill set, they can gain the increased strength, balance, and coordination needed to wrestle tightrope walkers at the professional level.
