What You'll Get
Similar to tickling a bear without losing an arm, the art of breathing underwater requires years of practice and dedication. Introduce your lungs to aqueous awareness with today’s Groupon to Underworld Scuba & Sport. Classes meet at the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex on Sargent Avenue. Underworld Scuba & Sport, a PADI Five-Star Instructor Development and Dive Centre, is a haven of underwater exploration with a large selection of scuba gear, a variety of certification classes, equipment, and giant squid rentals. Today's Groupon is good for a two-hour introductory PADI Discover Scuba class, which includes one hour of dry training and one hour of supervised pool time, with all necessary scuba equipment and rainbow-striped arm floaties provided. This controlled submersion teaches students how to breathe underwater, what it feels like to move in scuba gear, and the basics of diving into the salty deep.

About Underworld Scuba & Sport
At the five-star, PADI-authorized training facility, certified instructors teach recreational and technical diving skills in classes that range from introductory dive lessons to instructor level accreditation courses. PADI Discover Scuba sessions let sub-aquatic hobbyists dive into the world of underwater inhalation without any previous experience, and open-water certification classes test candidates with course materials, pool trainings, and four open-water dives at West Hawk Lake, mortal enemy of East Falcon Lagoon.
Along with certification courses, Underworld Scuba & Sport trains people in specialties such as cavern diving, wreck diving, and ice diving. When staffers aren't readying the next generation of divers, they lead trips to Grand Cayman and Bonaire or supply customers with brand name diving gear in the shop.
