We had a particularly nasty carpet situation, and bought a Groupon. Unique Carpet Cleaners assessed our carpets and said they’d do the Groupon, but offered a deep cleaning upgrade that he assured us would get it to its very best possible condition.
Our technician put so much work and effort into getting them their cleanest. And we were delighted with the outcome.

Scheduling was very easy and the technician was competent and polite. However, there were two problems with the work. First, the technician didn't replace the aerator her removed from the faucet he used as a water supply. I couldn't find it anywhere so had to buy and install a replacement. I can understand how something like this can be put in someone's pocket with the intent to replace it later. The bigger problem is that I bought the additional stain remover product/service. The stains were completely gone from the demonstration area but as the carpet dried over the next couple of days all of the other stains outside of the demonstration area were still there. He did say it wouldn't work on all stains but to have it not work on any except the demonstration seems strange to say the least.
