Excellent service!! In the past they only check and clean your filter, but the Technician named Mark is a true pro! He went above and beyond and provided outstanding service.

The service purchased was for maintenance check and routine cleaning of air conditioning. The technician, Jose, was thorough and neat. He cleaned my humidifier and replaced its filter at additional cost. My system was 23 years old and he pointed out reduced efficiency of AC unit, and arranged for his manager to give me a replacement proposal later that day. He also sold me a one year plumbing agreement after I pointed out some pinhole leaks in pipes. He applied the cost of the humdifier maintenance against that contract price. The next day, after reading the complete agreement, I called United Air Temp to ask whether the pinhole leaks would be covered (as they were a pre-existing condition prior to signing the contract) and was told they would be (after the initial person consulted with a manager). The technician that came out the next day to fix the leaks realized that they were more work than expected and required a second pair of hands. He assessed the needs which included getting a second technician. The two technicians came out the following week and made the repairs. United Air Temp honored the contract and fixed the pinhole leaks at no charge. They did their best to minimized the destruction of ceiling tiles and wall panels. Cleanup was pretty much left to me which I agreed to given the amount of repair work involved. As to the HVAC replacement,I had a good feeling about the company after discussing the HVAC system replacement with the estimator, even after seeing some less than rave reviews on the Web. However, I did not accept the proposal for replacement due to cost.

Have used them under my home warrenty..if home warrenty company uses them as a contracted provider I felt I could call them for a routine check up. They were prompt, professional and efficient.
