We actually care that you come in to class to see results. We will call you to ensure you come in to class and motivate you to exercise regularly.
Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
Age 13 and older.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to ensure all adults and parents in our martial arts program can exercise without having to feel pressure to test for a belt.
What do you love most about your job?
Changing people's lives through fitness and martial arts!
