Bad service I paid for a service and they only cut my hair and did not treat me because the owner told me to use groupon.

Highlights were ok, but not amazing. Attitude of the personal was rather suboptimal. They also charged an extra $80+ for the service. Paying additional money (plus tip) kind of defeated the whole purpose of having a groupon.

I just called Beth to get some help because my hair is still falling out from the roots (its been a month now) after the Moroccan oil treatment. She informed me that people are laughing at me and that it isn't her problem. I let her say her piece and when I told her I was calling to get her help because I don't know what to do she hung up on me. She's mad because I gave them an honest review.

I came earlier in the morning today and Beth gave me a 15 minute haircut. I told her she was making me nervous going so fast and to slow down to which she responded “people who don’t know what they are doing go slow.” She only blew dry the bangs and rushed me out asking me to write her a good review. When I got home one side of my hair was at least 3 inches shorter than the other and incredibly choppy. I drove back and she had me stand as she quickly trimmed the other side and rushed me out the door again 2 minutes later. I asked her to please make sure the layers are even on both sides and she said to go home and if I think it’s still uneven then I can come back for the third time. It was uneven and still is…I called asking for a refund and she refused. Don’t waste your money here.
