One 30 Minute Private Soundbath with Meditation
Choose from 30 or 60 minute sessions where the reiki practitioner will use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. Your session will begin with us discussing your concerns and what you want to accomplish in your session. During the session, crystals will be used to assist in the healing process and the session will conclude with sound instruments. By combining sound and crystal healing with the Reiki it complements the healing process.
Choose a 30 minute Private Soundbath where the expert sound healing practitioner uses the therapeutic application of sound frequencies. This is a deeply-immersive, full-body experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and resotrative processes to nurture your mind and body.
