Q:

Your Groupon price basis is quite confusing; it doesn't clarify whether or not $0.10/foot (8mm film) is the regular price, or the Groupon cost/foot! So let's try another way. If I buy the $40 Groupon, then how many feet of 8mm Super 8mm Sound film get converted for the $40? Thx. Woo

Scott W.  asked on  Feb 26, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion! Those pricing rates are regular price. You should calculate your total cost based on those rates. Once you calculate the total cost, subtract $100 from the total as this Groupon is worth $100.

Q:

Does this offer include VHS-C tapes that fit in a VHS adapter? If so, how many tapes, i.e. is the pricing really by number of hours or how many times you have to take the tape out and put another one in the machine? Secondly, is an appointment required if you are simply submitting tapes to be converted to DVD without any qualifying information?

Richard B.  asked on  Feb 25, 2013

A:

Yes it incluides VHS C tapes too and then pricingn is onn recording time not my petrsonal time also VHS C tapes are normally 1/2 Hrs. Long you may combins multiple tapes to one DVD by adding $3-00 for combination I hope this may claryfy your question. Thanks VERN

Q:

I have a shoebox of old family movies on 8mm, but no idea of what's on them. Do you have a way for me to view them before transferring them to DVD? And can music be added to them?

Diana O.  asked on  Feb 23, 2013

A:

Hi Diana. Thanks for your question, to view all these film will take very long time I might spend some time to view onlyn in the beginning part of film and you may decide whether you like to transfer it or not and music can be added too, you may bring choice of your own music or I can put some easy listening music that may cost you $10-00 an hour. Let me know if you are interested if you are please let me know ahead of time that you like to view this so I can bring projector in my office Thanks VERN

Q:

My previous question "VHS to DVD pricing is shown as $10 per hour ... approximately how long does it take to convert one 6 hour VHS tape? " was actually intended to inquire as to the total price for ONE 6 hour VHS tape. I am assuming that your reply that it takes a couple days does not mean that it takes 16 hours at $10 per hour to convert one tape! Please give approximate cost to convert one 6hr VHS tape to DVD. Thank you :)

Beth J.  asked on  Feb 23, 2013

A:

Sorry for misunderstanding 6 hr. tape cost you $60-00 but lots time the tape cover says 2-4-6hr. dosen't mean that they are 6hr.long recorded unless you have recorded 6 hr. any way our price is $10-00 an hour recording time.I hope this may clear misunderstanding. Thanks VERN
