Junius specializes in personal and group training, provided in home, in Central Park, or at the Unlimited Fitness NYC studio. During group boot-camp training, Junius designs equipment-free workouts that follow boxing routines to help athletes work major muscle groups. Boot camps also include smoothies and protein shakes, and a weekly Fitness Night Out with the rest of Unlimited Fitness NYC’s athletes.
