Urban Fitness Twin Cities
Urban Fitness Twin Cities' two trainers bring their expertise to wherever their clients are. Their personal training and fitness plans are tailored to fit each person's lifestyle—because the trainers themselves found success when they created their own unique regimen. Addie Kelzer, for instance, battled weight gain throughout college with all sorts of exercise programs until she discovered more about nutrition, which allowed her to reach and maintain her ideal weight and fitness level. Now, she helps clients understand nutritional values and their individual energy needs. Other certified trainers use intense exercises involving heavy weightlifting, rope climbs, and pull-ups to help clients reach their fitness goals. Some also rely on strength training, cardio, circuit style training, and core body training to test mental and physical conditioning limits.
