In fact, it's sometimes difficult to tell what to get more excited about here—the food or the drink. On one hand, a platter of cheeses, oils, and balsamic vinegar entices all on its own; but would all that food really be as enjoyable if it weren't paired with a tasting menu of chardonnay, pinot, or cabernet? Heartier meals may consist of fig and chicken paninis, avocado BLT wraps, and caramel apple salads topped with chopped peanuts. Besides the live music, the restaurant is renowned for its Dinner with the Author series, where well-known writers read passages from their favorite recipes.
