Sport/Camp physical exam is good for any school sport activities or summer camps. No scheduling is required, walk -in is welcome. During this visit a nurse or other member of a the clinical staff will check athlete's vitals, including pulse, blood pressure, weight, and height. Also, there will be exam of joints, muscles, and bones. We will perform eye exam and review participant medical history, so please bring your glasses and all medication that is taken ( in case of such event). There may will be a short wait time based on patient flow. Please, also be sure to bring your required forms for completion.
