What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I grew up in a family of handymen, and I decided to make a career out of fixing things. I pursued a locksmith certificate from New York City college of Technology, and I became a certified locksmith.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
From Yelp page : Anna . l : "My boyfriend and I broke up, and I was very nervous because he has my key to my apartment, so I had to change my lock as soon as possible. One of the technicians arrived very fast, 20 minutes after I called, and gave good service . It was really great service.
