US 12 Bar and Grill, named for the highway it's located on, serves up a classically American menu that includes everything from chicken wings and rib tips to pork chops and bacon cheeseburgers. During the week, it satisfies the grumbling stomachs of a hungry sports crowd, which gathers around tables to watch games on the flat-screen TVs.
But on weekends, its the fuel for a different group of people—when US 12 transforms into a dance club. As bartenders pour out draft beers and cocktails, DJs play beats that reverberate across the dance floor, into three unique VIP areas, and into the ears of any bionic-eared superheroes within a 100-mile radius. The party expands onto the outdoor patio during the summer months, and sometimes onto the sidewalks for events such as July's Michigan Avenue Car Cruise.
