They arrived on time at specified location. Super easy to get to with the free Miami metromover. The airboat was a little more enclosed than what is pictured, but we were able to see probably a dozen gators in the wild. Our guide was really good at spotting them. Transportation to and from was long, but comfortable.

No where in the explanation does it state there is an hour and a half bus ride to the location. This is vital information that is needed. We are planning a trip and trying to fit everything into our schedule. Known how long the actual trip will take is very useful. When we called to question the time we where hung up on. Very Unprofessional and inconsiderate for people traveling. I would like a complete refund.

This tour was amazing!! My family, myself and my 1 year old. We all had a great time!! This company was very professional and very friendly!!! The driver Julio was a great driver and very safe!! Emilio was so polite and helpful, They made my family and myself feel super comfortable. Emilio made the trip very pleasant. Will definitely book this again!!

It was well worth every penny. We learned so much about the islands as we drove through them.To sit back and relax is exactly what we wanted and that is what we got!!!

Good experience I wish they have a South Beach option for pick up since the bus works with other companies and goes there first.

Great experience. The tour guide Louis was very charming and knowledgeable. The driver was great. I liked the excursions they offered. I did the glass bottom tour which wasn't what I thought but still nice. The only bad part was the seat in front was broke and laid back into my space and made it uncomfortable for me as I am tall. But everything else was cool.
