Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
UKF separates the children by age and skill level. Ages 3-6 in our Pee-wee class, 7-11 juniors, 12 & up teens. Adult Martial Arts & fitness, Kickboxing & Point MMA classes. All classes are structured age appropriate.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Usa Karate & fitness was founded in 1994 by Master Angelo Perez. Training with his teacher, 1992 Olympic Gold Medal winning Master Herb Perez was an inspiration to start his own schools but also the love for training and teaching the martial arts to others.
What do you love most about your job?
All UKF instructors love seeing the benefits of the martial arts in others. Seeing people achieve their goals, overcome life obstacles, making champions in the martial arts & life. All our martial arts instructors are active & maintain certifications yearly.
